| The current rates are as follows and are subject to change. Please call for a current quote: |
| • Construction Loans: 6.50% Fixed Rate on terms less than one year. Interest only payable monthly. |
| • Permanent Loans: 5.95% Five-Year Fixed Rate, adjusted at the end of each fifth year. Principal and interst payable monthly. |
